Who we are
Atlas (atlaas.dev) is operated by Vedus ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Atlas website, portal, and APIs, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, and a hashed password, plus organization membership if you join a team.
- Billing details: your plan, invoices, and payment references. Card and bank details are collected by our payment gateway and never stored on our servers.
- Broker credentials: the MT5 account numbers, passwords, and server names you connect. They are stored encrypted and used only to run and monitor your terminal instances.
- Operational data: instance state, orders, positions, deployments, and logs generated by running the Service for you.
- Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, browser and device information, and IP address, collected through self-hosted, first-party analytics. A sample of portal sessions is recorded for debugging with keyboard input masked.
How we use it
We use this information to provide and operate the Service, authenticate you, process payments, respond to support requests, secure the platform against abuse, and improve the product. We send transactional email about your account and, if you opted in, occasional product updates you can unsubscribe from with one click.
What we share
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the processors that make the Service work: payment gateways (such as Razorpay) for billing, cloud hosting providers that run our infrastructure, and email delivery providers for the messages described above. Your broker and the MT5 servers you connect to receive the credentials and orders needed to operate your accounts. We disclose information where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. Operational logs and events are retained for 30 days. When you close your account we delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or billing reasons.
Security
Data moves over encrypted connections, broker credentials are encrypted at rest, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but protecting your credentials is treated as the highest-stakes part of the Service.
Your rights
You can access and update your account details from the dashboard. You can ask us to export or delete your personal data, or raise any privacy question, by writing to support@atlaas.dev.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. Our analytics run first-party and do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in the portal.
