Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Vedus ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of Atlas at atlaas.dev. By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using the Atlas website, APIs, or software (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Atlas is an orchestration platform for MetaTrader 5. It provisions and manages MT5 terminal instances, deploys Expert Advisors, routes order instructions to your broker accounts, and streams account data back to you through a dashboard and APIs.

Atlas is infrastructure. We are not a broker, exchange, or investment adviser, and the Service does not originate trading decisions. Every order the Service places is the result of an instruction from you, your software, or an Expert Advisor you chose to run.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it current. You are responsible for everything done through your account and API keys, so keep your credentials secret and tell us at support@atlaas.dev immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing cycle at the prices shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways; we do not store your card details. Prices may change, and we will give you notice before a change affects a running subscription. Applicable taxes are added where required.

If a payment fails or a charge is reversed, we may suspend or limit the Service until the balance is settled. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree to:

• comply with applicable law and with the terms of your brokers and of MetaQuotes for MetaTrader 5
• not probe, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• not use the Service for market manipulation or any trading activity your broker prohibits
• not interfere with other customers' use of the Service
• not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service except where the law permits it

6. Trading risk

Trading leveraged products such as forex and CFDs carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You alone choose the brokers, accounts, strategies, and Expert Advisors that run on Atlas, and you alone carry the outcome of those choices. Nothing in the Service is investment advice or a recommendation, and past performance of any strategy is no guarantee of future results. We are not liable for trading losses, including losses caused by strategy behavior, broker execution, market conditions, or connectivity.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on software and services we do not control, including MetaTrader 5, your brokers, hosting providers, and payment gateways. Their terms govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, execution quality, or decisions.

8. Your content and intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. Expert Advisors, configuration, and strategies you upload remain yours; you grant us the rights needed to store and run them for you, and we claim nothing more.

9. Availability

We work to keep Atlas reliable, but the Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may carry out maintenance that temporarily interrupts the Service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data, and our total liability for all claims arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk for us or other customers, or where we are required to by law. On termination we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will notify you by email or through the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
