Listing Terms
Last updated: November 5, 2026 · Version 2026-11-05
These Listing Terms apply when you publish a listing on Atlaas, and when you copy, follow or run one. They are part of our Terms of Service, and where the two differ about listings, these terms apply. You accept them each time you publish a listing or start a subscription to one. If you do not agree, do not publish or subscribe.
1. What a listing is
A listing is a page a member publishes about one of their Expert Advisors or Strategies: a description, backtests they chose, and the record of an MT5 terminal it trades on. The member who publishes it (the "publisher") writes it, chooses what it shows and is responsible for it. Listings marked Official are published by Vedus as examples and templates.
Listings are information, not advice. Nothing on a listing, a publisher page or the library, including how listings are filtered or ordered, is a recommendation to trade, investment advice, an offer to manage money or an invitation to buy or sell any instrument. Vedus does not check whether a listing is accurate, whether it suits you, or whether it is lawful where you live.
Listings cover forex and CFDs traded through MetaTrader 5. Strategies that trade on Indian exchanges (NSE, BSE or MCX) cannot be listed.
2. Risk warning
- Trading forex and CFDs on margin carries a high risk of loss. Leverage works against you as well as for you, and you can lose more than you deposit.
- Past performance, live or simulated, does not guarantee future results. A strategy that made money can lose it.
- Backtests are simulations on historical data. These results are based on simulated or hypothetical performance results that have certain inherent limitations. Unlike the results shown in an actual performance record, these results do not represent actual trading. Also, because these trades have not actually been executed, these results may have under-or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated or hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to these being shown.
- A live record from a demo or contest account traded no real money, and its fills can be better than a real account's.
- Percentages measured on capital the publisher declared rest on the publisher's own figure, not on the terminal's equity.
- A listing shows what its publisher chose to show. It may leave out other accounts, strategies or periods that did worse.
3. If you publish a listing
Each time you publish, you confirm that:
- you own everything in the listing or have the right to publish it, including any Expert Advisor source code, and publishing it breaks no licence (for example the licence of an Expert Advisor you bought) and no one else's rights
- the listing is accurate and not misleading. You do not promise or guarantee returns, present figures from outside the listing as its record, or describe the strategy as risk-free
- you will not use the listing, its description, your publisher profile or comments to ask anyone for money, sell signals, accounts or management, promote a paid group or channel, take payments outside Atlaas, or send people to a broker in return for a commission or referral fee
- you do not give personal advice to anyone through a listing, and you do not describe a listing as advice
- you hold any licence, registration or approval your publishing needs where you are and where your viewers are, and you follow the rules on financial promotions, advertising and performance claims that apply to you
- the strategy does not trade on Indian exchanges, and the listing does not offer or describe one that does
What becomes public. Everything the publish preview shows, under your publisher handle and display name, to everyone the listing's visibility allows. Public listings also appear in the library and in search engines. Your name, email address, MT5 login, broker and broker server, terminal name and the people who subscribe are never shown.
Licence. You give Vedus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display and distribute your listing to the people its visibility allows, to show it in the library, previews and search results, and, where you allow it, to copy its live trades to subscribers, pass its Strategy's signals to followers, build and run your Expert Advisor on subscribers' terminals, and let members clone an Official template. The licence lasts while the listing is published, then for as long as winding down its subscriptions takes and as long as we must keep records. It does not let us sell your Expert Advisor or trade on it ourselves.
No payment. Vedus does not pay publishers, and publishers may not charge for a listing. What a subscriber pays Vedus is for the copying service, not for your strategy.
Moderation. We may refuse, hide, unpublish or remove a listing, comment or publisher profile, and stop an account from publishing, if we believe it breaks these terms or the law, if we receive a complaint we need to look into, or if a regulator, court, exchange or broker requires it. Where we can, we tell you why.
Your responsibility. You will defend and indemnify Vedus against any claim, loss, penalty or cost (including reasonable legal fees) that arises from your listing, from your breach of these terms, or from a claim that your listing infringes someone's rights.
4. If you copy, follow or run a listing
- You decide to copy, follow or run a listing yourself and you carry the result. The publisher is not your adviser or money manager, and Vedus does not choose, check or supervise a listing's trades.
- Your orders can fill at different prices, later, or not at all, because your broker's symbols, spreads, contract sizes and trading hours differ from the publisher's.
- The publisher can stop trading, change, pause, unpublish or remove a listing at any time. Your positions stay on your terminal: you can stop a subscription and close everything yourself at any time.
- Your risk limits stop new orders when they are reached. They never close a position for you and can fail; they are not a guarantee that a loss will be limited.
- You must be allowed to trade these instruments with your broker and where you live. In some countries, including India, residents may not trade forex or CFDs with an overseas broker. Checking that is your responsibility.
- While subscriptions are in beta, only demo terminals can copy, follow or run a listing.
- A subscription is charged as the portal shows when you start it, and our Cancellation and Refund policy applies. Each subscription also asks you to accept its own risk disclosure.
5. Reporting a listing
Use the Report button on any listing or comment, or write to our Grievance Officer at support@atlaas.dev. To report a copyright or licence breach, name the work, give the listing's address, say why you own the rights or act for the owner, and how we can reach you. We acknowledge a report within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days of receiving it, sooner where the law requires.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version you accepted is recorded with each publish and subscription, and the portal asks you to accept the current version the next time you publish or subscribe. A published listing that no longer meets these terms may be unpublished.
